Join us for an exclusive dinner featuring premium Spanish Bluefin tuna as the star of the evening. This is more than just a tasting; it’s a deep dive into Japanese gastronomic culture. Zero advance prep — the delicacy is carved and prepared right before your eyes.

What to expect this evening:

18:30 | Guest arrival. We will be taking pre-orders. This allows the kitchen to prep ahead and ensures your dishes are served faster.

19:00 | Kaitai Show. Chef Yoshihiro Fujiwara will demonstrate the traditional art of carving a giant tuna.

19:30 | Chef's compliment. Sukimi (Nakaochi) — the tenderest cut of tuna scraped from between the ribs. This delicacy retains its perfect flavor for only 24 hours after carving.

20:00 | Main courses served.
